The PMS Log in Book4time logs all the transactions posted to your PMS. This includes the tender type, last update, transaction ID, amount, operator, and status (successful or failed). If the posting has failed, you can attempt to re-post the transaction to the PMS.
To re-post a PMS transaction
- Navigate to Front Desk > Cash Drawer Management.
- Click the PMS Log tab.
The list of transactions posted to PMS appears.
- Locate the failed transaction and click Repost.
