In Book4Time you can split the Service Charge fee between the property and the technician who performed the service.
Note: This article assumes that you have already setup a SKU for Service Charge. If you have not, read: Setup Service Charge
To split the Service Charge:
- Navigate to the Service Charge SKU from Admin > Product Maintenance > search for the Service Charge SKU.
The Product Profile opens in the right side of the window.
- In the Retail price field, enter the service charge rate (i.e., enter 10.00 for 10%).
- In the Unit Cost field, enter the percentage value that will be split to the property.
Example: If the Service Charge is 10% and you enter 3 as the Unit Cost, this would mean that 3% would go to the property and the 7% will go to the therapist.
- Click Accept.
Note: The Service Charge split appears in the Technician Payroll Daily Detail Report (Reports > Sales Audit & Finance).
