In Book4Time, you can manage any equipment you use to perform services. After you set up equipment and link them to services, the equipment gets automatically assigned to the service while scheduling the appointment.
To assign equipment to a service:
- Navigate to Admin > Service Management > Expand the service group and select the service.
- Click the Resource Settings tab on the right side of the window.
A table of equipment and facility types appear.
- Click Edit.
- Select the equipment you want to assign to the service.
- In the Priority field, enter the booking priority of the equipment.
Example: If a massage can be booked in either a "Massage Room" or "Couples Room", but you prefer to fill the "Massage Room" first, enter "1" in the "Priority" field next to "Massage Room" and then enter "2" in the "Priority" field next to "Couples Room".
- Click Finish.
