You can renew a guest's prepaid membership directly from the guest's profile window. Renewing a membership allows the guest to keep the same membership plan, including the membership number. If you are renewing the membership before its expiration, then the membership term expiry date is extended to include the remaining term and and the new term.
To renew a Membership:
- Navigate to the customer's profile and click the Membership tab.
- Click Renew.
- A pop-up appears with a POS redirect message. Click OK to proceed.The POS window opens displaying the renewal amount.
- Click Payment to complete the payment process.
