For guests who arrive without an appointment, you can quickly book an appointment for them using the following steps:
- Navigate to Front Desk > Walk In Appointment.
- Select the customer name in the Click Here to Set field.
- In the Customer Search screen, enter the customer name in the search field and click the Search button.
- Select the customer name from the search results.
- [Optional] Select the appointment type from the Type drop-down.
- Select the service group, service, technician, and time of appointment from the drop-down lists provided.
- Click Add.
