You can set a default commission rate for a service group. Once set, this rate would apply to all the services associated with the service group.
Note: Commissions added under a technician's service profile overrides the commission set for the service group.
To set the commission rate for a service group:
- Navigate to Admin > Service Management > Click the Service Group name.
- Click Edit Service Group on the upper right corner of the window.
- In the Edit Service Group window, enter the default service commission rate in the Commission Rate field.
- Click Finish.
The commission rate is applied to the entire service group.
