If a group appointment has already been booked, but one or more appointments have to be added to the group, you can create the appointment and attach it later to the group upon confirmation. To do this:
- Navigate to Appointments > Scheduler and proceed with booking an appointment as normal.
- On the Confirm Appointment window, select the Attach to Group checkbox and select the name of the event from the drop-down list.
- Click Confirm to confirm the appointment and add it to the existing group booking.
