The Operator Productivity by Day report summarizes the revenue brought by each operator from booking appointments. You can filter the report for a specific date or date range and can include cancelled appointments if required.
Use this report to view the following:
- Total amount of revenue booked by each operator for each day and the total hours booked.
- Total and average number of appointments booked (#APPTS), guests booked (#Clients), and services booked (#Services).
Note: The value of services may be higher than that of appointments, because an appointment may include multiple services. For instance, one guest appointment may include two services. See the following image.
To view the Operator Productivity by Day report, navigate to Reports > Staff Performance & Analysis > Operator Productivity By Day.
Note: If you need to view a more detailed report with a breakdown of services booked by each operator, navigate to Reports > Appointment Schedules > Operator Service Analysis - By Booking Date.
