The Retention Summary by Technician report provides a summary of returning guests for each technician at your location for a specific date or date range.
This report provides the total number and percentage of:
- Total Clients: Guest appointments that the technician was booked for.
- Repeat Clients: Guests that were earlier booked with the technician (but did not request to be assigned specifically to the technician).
- Request: Guests that specifically requested for the technician.
- Gender Request: Guests who specifically made a gender request such as only a female technician to perform the service.
- Referral: Guests that were referred by other guests.
- Non-request: Other appointments booked with the technician because of availability or skill set.
To view the Retention Summary by Technician report, navigate to Reports > Staff Performance & Analysis > Retention Summary By Technician.
Tip: To view a summary of specific or all technicians productivity and performance metrics such as the scheduled and booked hours, retail sales and commission, net sales, and retention rate, navigate to Reports > Staff Performance & Analysis > Technician Productivity.
