The reports are divided into 7 categories: Appointment Schedules, Inventory Management, Marketing & CRM, Sales Audit and Finance, Sales Reporting & Analysis, Staff Performance & Analysis, and System Administration.
To customize user permissions for Reports (including all options under the Reports menu):
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Select the user group > Reports.
- Click Edit and select the checkboxes for all the permissions you want enable.
- Click Finish to save.
