Customer profile Notes are used to capture guest information such as preferences or internal information pertaining to the guest’s needs. Customer notes are only internal facing and they can be customized to appear as a prompt while booking an appointment for the guest, during check-in, and check out.
To add a note to the guest profile
- Navigate to the Customer Profile page and click the Notes tab.
- Click Add New in the All Notes section on the right pane.
The fields to enter the details appear in the left pane.
- Select the note Type.
- Enter the guest note in the Body field.
- Select the appropriate Set Alerts On: checkboxes.
This indicates whether you want the alert to appear during booking the guest appointment (in the Scheduler), at the time of check-in (in the Scheduler), or at check out (in the POS screen). You can select all options if required.
- Click Add.
The note is added to the right pane and will appear in the Scheduler or the POS screen based on your settings.
