You can change the next billing date for a guest who has an active recurring membership.
Note: You must have the required permission to authorize the change (Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Click the role name > Enable the Edit Membership Details checkbox).
To change the billing date for a membership:
- Navigate to the Customer Profile page and click the Membership tab.
- In the Term section, click Edit.
- Enter your username and password to approve the change.
- Enter the new billing date in the Next Billing Date field.
- Click Update.
The new billing date is updated and the guest will now get billed every month on this date.
