In an event that you have selected the wrong technician on the sale of a product or service, you can edit the transaction and select the correct technician who is entitled to the transaction commission.
To edit the technician details in a closed transaction
- From the main menu, navigate to Appointments > Advanced Search.
- Search for the closed transaction, by entering the confirmation or transaction number.
- Click Edit in the relevant appointment row.
The Point of Sale (POS) screen opens displaying the details of the transaction.
- Click the search icon next to the technician's name.
The Find Technician window opens.
- Enter the correct technician's name and click Search.
- Click Select in the row that displays the search results.
The POS refreshes and displays the new technician's name.
- Click Save.
The reports will now reflect the changes made.
