Customer notes are useful to track customer information such as preferences or skin condition. You can create note subjects to categorize various notes. Keep in mind that notes are added in the Customer's Profile and you must select the note subject while adding a new note.
To add or edit a customer note subject:
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Notes.
- Select the Notes Category to which you want to add or edit the subject.
- Select Add New Customer Notes Subject to add a new subject or select the subject name to edit it.
- Enter the subject in the Subject Name field.
- Click Finish.
