Yes. This means that you could add the transaction details to the POS and save the transaction until the guest is ready to make a payment. For instance, the guest has checked out but wants to browse the products available at your location. In such a scenario, you could place the transaction on hold while the guest browses your products. This allows you to collect payment from other guests in the mean while.
To save a transaction
- In the POS screen, click the Save Pending Transaction icon .
A pop-up appears confirming if you want to continue to save.
- Click Ok.
To recall the same transaction and collect payment
- Navigate to Front Desk > Customer Check-out.
- Select the
- Click Check Out in the appropriate appointment row.
- Take payment for the transaction.
