When a guest who is checking out would like to pay for another guest's appointment, you can add the other guest's appointment to the primary appointment at the time of check out.
Once the primary guest is ready to check out and make payment, perform the following actions in the Point of Sale (POS) screen:
- Click the Transfer Guest Charge icon in the payment section of the POS screen.
The Search Appointment screen opens.
- In the Quick Search field, enter the name of the guest of the second appointment, and click Search.
Relevant search results appear.
- Locate the appointment and click the Selected checkbox.
- Click Check Out.
The other guest's appointment gets added to the Services section in the POS screen.
- Proceed to take payment.
