You can set up Book4Time to automatically send text messages (SMS) to guests confirming their appointments.
In an event that the automated SMS notification setting is not enabled at your location, you can manually send the message from the Confirm Appointment window. To manually send the appointment confirmation SMS:
- Add the guest name and select the service for the appointment.
The Confirm Appointment window opens.
- Enter the guest's mobile number and select the SMS Confirmation checkbox.
- Click Confirm.
