In the event that a guest does not receive SMS text message notifications, verify the following:
- Your location has SMS enabled.
- The guest has opted to receive Text Messages. To verify this, navigate to the customer's profile, click the Preferences tab, and verify that the Text Message checkbox is selected.
- Ensure that the customer's profile has the correct phone number listed. To verify this, navigate to the customer's profile, and in the Contact Information tab, verify the phone number.
