The Wait List option allows you to hold guests on a wait list if there is no current availability.
To add an appointment to the wait list
- Schedule the appointment and add it to the Appointment Cart.
To learn how to book an appointment, read Scheduling Appointments.
- Click the On wait list checkbox.
- Click Continue.
The Confirm Appointment window opens.
- Select a time in the From and To fields to check for appointments available within a specific time frame.
- Click Confirm.
The calendar is updated with the appointment. The appointment also appears under wait list (Front Desk > Customer Check-in > select On Waiting List).
