Yes. Refunding a transaction automatically revokes the commission originally paid to the technician who sold the product or performed the service.
If you want to prevent the commission from being revoked on a refund, we recommend that you replace the original technician's name with a "dummy technician" on the POS screen.
This process ensures that the original technician’s commission is not affected because of the refund.
Note: You can create a dummy profile from Staff > Staff Management. Do not assign services and work schedule, and set the commission to 0.
