If you see the following error when attempting to access Cash Drawer Management, it could indicate that your computer is not attached to a register.
To attach to a cash register, the Book4Time administrator will need to perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Account Management > Locations > select your location > click the Register Setup tab.
- Locate the register you need to attach and click Attach.
Note: If the register is currently attached to another computer, a warning prompt appears. Click OK button to continue. A confirmation prompt appears, again click OK.
