You can offer your guests an additional service (complimentary) for a specific service that they book at your location.
Note: You must set up the complimentary service as a new service with price as $0 and apply commission and gratuity as a flat dollar amount. Read: Create a Service.
To add a complimentary service to an existing service
- From the main menu, navigate to Admin > Service Management.
- Expand the service group and select the main service for which you want to add the complimentary service.
The service profile appears in the right pane.
- Click Edit at the top-right corner of the page.
- Scroll down to the Profile page to the Complimentary Service field and select the complimentary Service Group and Service Type from the drop-down list.
- Click Finish.
The complimentary service is now added to the regular service. When the guest books the regular service, a prompt window appears notifying the staff member that there is an associated complimentary service as well.
