You can cancel an appointment and select an appropriate reason for cancelling the appointment.
To cancel an appointment
- Open the Scheduler and locate the appointment you want to cancel.
- Right-click on the appointment block and select Cancel Appointment from the context menu.
- In the Cancel Appointment window, select the appropriate Cancel Reason and enter any relevant notes in the Cancel Notes field.
- Select the Send email to checkbox to send the cancellation email to the email address provided in the guest's profile.
You can edit the email address and update the guest's profile with the new email by selecting the Update Profile checkbox.
- Click Cancel Appointment.
The appointment block is removed from the Scheduler and the slot is now available for other bookings.
