To book a package for a group booking:
- Ensure that you are on the Scheduler and click Group Booking.
- Select or add the group name to the group appointment.
- Click Click here to set event details and enter the event details of the appointment.
- Click Click here to add service ...
The Service Selection page opens. - Click the Service drop-down, scroll down to the Packages/Series list, and select the package.
Note: You cannot book a choice package.
The services in the package appear in the Selected Services pane. - Click Search.
- Enter the technicians you want to assign to these services and click Add.
A prompt appears confirming that the appointments are added to the Scheduler. Click Ok. - Click Go back to scheduler to view the appointments booked for each guest under the package.
