The Turnaway Tracking Detail report tracks the key details pertaining to turnaways in a selected time range. This includes details such as service name, turnaway reason, and the guest who was turned away.
Note: You must first enable the report for the user group from Admin > System Settings -> Security Settings > Select the User Group > Report: Appointment Reporting & Management > enable the Turnaway Tracking Detail checkbox.
To view the report:
Navigate to Reports > Appointment Reporting & Management > Turnaway Tracking Detail.
