When you are unable to accommodate a guest appointment at your location, you can mark the appointment as a Turnaway and select an appropriate reason for the turnaway.
To mark an appointment as a turnaway appointment:
- On the Scheduler, right-click on an empty block, and select Turnaway Tracking from the context menu.
The Turnaway Tracking window opens.
- Complete the steps in the Turnaway Tracking
Note: Select the correct service, therapist, and reason to track these details in a report. This allows better analysis.
Tip: If you also want to track the guest name, you must first enter the guest details in the Scheduler’s Appointment Cart, and then follow step 1.
- Click Finish.
