You can add the following types of notes in Book4Time:
- Appointment notes: You can add Customer notes and Internal notes at the time of confirming an appointment. These notes are very specific to that one appointment and do not apply to any future appointments. Read: What are customer notes and internal notes in the Confirm Appointment screen?
- Customer notes: Guest notes are permanent notes added to the guest’s profile. You can choose to make these notes appear as alerts every time the guest books an appointment, during check in, or check out.
