You will not be able to delete customer notes; however, you can replace them with newer information or simply prevent them from displaying while booking, check in, or check out.
To prevent alerts from displaying:
- Navigate to the Customer Profile page and click the Notes tab.
- Expand the Notes section on the right pane and select the note you want to prevent from displaying.
The information displays on the left.
- Clear the Set Alerts On: checkboxs.
- Click Update.
The note will no longer appear while scheduling appointments for this guest.
