While updating a technician’s work schedule, there are two possible reasons for such a prompt:
- If the technician has booked appointments on the Scheduler, then editing the technician’s work schedule may populate the prompt in the following image.
This condition indicates that the technician has booked appointments for the days you are editing.
Click Ok to continue to save the work schedule.
Important: Ensure to manually change the technician’s appointments for those days or hours on the Scheduler
- If you have manually opened or edited the technician’s schedule from the Scheduler, then the prompt in the following image appears. This indicates that there is a conflict in the technician’s work schedule.
- Click Ok to override the manually edited schedule and apply the updated work schedule.
- Click Cancel and select the Keep individually opened schedules (not for delete operations) checkbox, if you want to keep the manually edited schedule as it is on the Scheduler and apply the work schedule to all the other days.
