Following are few tips for you to keep in mind while editing commission values in bulk.
Note: Only commission entered in the Services Provided tab in the therapists profile would appear in the Excel file (Staff > Staff Management > Services profile > Select the therapist name > Click the Services Provided tab). If no commission is set up there, the field remains blank in the Excel file.
- The commission percentage (%) value cannot be more than 100. This would display an Invalid commission percentage error when you upload the commission file.
- The commission amount cannot be 5 times more than the current commission value. For instance, if a technicians current commission is $25 and you enter $150 as the new value, a Commission value is too high error would display.
