Cancelled appointments are not recorded or visible in the Customer Profile. The following steps will allow you to access the Appointment Audit Log and view the details of the cancelled appointment.
- Navigate to Front Desk > Customer Check Out.
- Click Advanced Search.
- Select the Date Range the appointment was cancelled.
- In the Search By drop-down list, select Cancelled.
- Enter the guest' name and click Search.
- In the Search Result table, click the Yellow Notes icon beside the date.
The Appointment Audit Log window opens. This window provides the necessary information about the cancelled appointment.
