Use the Membership Billing Summary report to view the memberships that failed auto renewal.
To view the report:
- Navigate to Reports > Sales Audit & Finance > Membership Billing Summary.
- Filter the report as follows:
- Location: Select the location for which you want to view failed renewals. Select All to view information at all locations.
- Status: Select Renewal Failed.
- Start date and End date: Use the calendar to select the date or date range for which you want to view the report.
- Run the report.
