View the Package/Series Aging Summary report to know what packages have expired or are due to expire. The report includes the package/series number, name, type, value, purchase date, expiration date, amount redeemed, current balance, and the number of days remaining before expiration.
To view the report, navigate to Reports > Sales Audit & Finance > Package/Series Aging Summary report.
Use the Period drop-down to view All package/series details, or filter it by package/series due to expire in 30 days,60 days, or 90 days. Select Expired to view only package/series that have already expired.
