The Technician Productivity report provides the revenue obtained from scheduled appointments for all or a specified technician.
Use this report to view the following:
- Productivity statistics for scheduled appointments including average service/product revenue earned per booked hour, average service/product revenue earned per scheduled hour, and percentage of requested appointments.
- Technician utilization
- Retail commission earned
- Retail penetration rate
To view the report, navigate to Reports > Staff Performance & Analysis > Technician Productivity.
- Retail penetration rate is the total net retail divided by the net total
- Average request rate is the number of requests divided by the total number of appointments
- Hours Booked includes the prep time, duration, and clean up time.
