You can find deleted or cancelled appointments using one of the following methods:
Use Advance Search:
- Navigate to Front Desk > Customer Check-in > Click the Advance Search tab.
- Select the date or date range from which you want to view the details of deleted or cancelled appointments.
- Select Cancelled from the Search By drop-down.
- Click Search.
The Search Result displays details of appointments deleted or cancelled in the selected duration.
View the Appointment Cancellation List Report:View all the cancelled appointments at your location for a selected date or date range from Reports > Appointment Schedules > Appointment Cancellation List.
