You can reschedule or move an existing appointment to another time of the day or to another date.
To move an existing appointment:
- On the Scheduler, locate the appointment, and then right-click on the appointment block.
- Select Move from the context menu.
- Right-click on the appointment block where you want to move the appointment.
This can be on the same day or if you want to reschedule it for a different date, then select the date from the date drop-down, and then right-click on the appointment block where you want to move the appointment.
Note: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other scheduled appointments.
- Select Add Appointment from the context menu.
A pop-up window appears confirming if you want to move the appointment to the selected date and time. Click Yes.
The appointment is now rescheduled.
