You will need to add the language as a Supported Language for your Location.
After the supported languages are set up, employees have the option to use Book4Time in one of those languages. Note that the preferred language can be selected for online bookings and online gift card purchases as well.
To do this:
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings.
- Expand Global Preferences and click Supported Languages.
The Preference Setup window opens to the right.
- Click Edit at the top-right corner of the window.
- Select the checkbox for the languages you want users to be able to use to view the interface.
For instance, if the only language you select is French, then French is the only alternate language (apart from English) available for you to select when logging in.
- Click Finish.
Your staff will now be able to select the language from the Book4Time login page.
