When a customer has an unscheduled additional service performed during their appointment, the additional services can be added during check out at the Point of Sale (POS) screen.
In the Services section of the POS screen, the scheduled services already appear with the technician name, confirmation number, gratuity, and amount.
To add the unscheduled services:
- In the Services section, select a technician from the Technician drop-down list.
- Select the service that was performed from the Service drop-down.
Note: The service list filters to show only the services that are performed by the selected technician.
Note: If more than one customer is being checked-out, a drop-down list appears allowing you to select the customer.
- Click Add.
The service gets added to the Services section of the screen.
- Click Payment to collect payment for the appointment.
