Follow this procedure if you need to add further appointments to a that has already been booked.
Based on weather you know the guest name or not, follow one of these methods:
Method I: Guest name is known
- Schedule the appointment like any other service appointment. Follow steps 1 to 4 in Schedule a Single Service Appointment.
- On the confirmation page, click the Attach to Group checkbox
- Select the group name from the drop-down list.
- Click Confirm.
Method II: Guest name is not known
- On the Scheduler, select the date on which you need to add the appointment.
- Right-click on an appointment block that belongs to the group.
- Select Open Group from the context menu.
The Existing Group Appointment details open on the left pane.
