If an appointment has already been checked out, but you are required to associate it to an existing group booking for record keeping and/or billing purposes, you can do so by editing the closed appointment as follows:
- From the main menu, navigate to Appointments > Scheduler.
The Scheduler opens displaying various appointments booked for the present day.
- Select the date when the appointment was closed.
- Locate the appointment block on the Scheduler and right-click on it.
- Select Notes/Flags from the context menu.
The Edit Appointment Notes window appears.
- Select the group event name from the Group drop-down.
Note: The events that have been booked on that date or duration appear in the drop-down.
- Click Save.
