After you have added the appointments to the Scheduler, you can any time change the details of the group event. You can edit information such as the group contact, account manager, budget , and notification details.
To edit the details of a Group Event:
- On the Scheduler, locate any appointment that is a part of the group booking.
- Click the event name on the appointment block. The event name appears in parentheses () on the appointment block.
The Group Event Details window opens.
- Click Edit to update the information on the window.
You can edit all the fields including the event dates.
- Click Save.
