You cannot delete a technician due to reference data that maybe in the Book4Time system.
However, you can make the technician inactive. An inactive technician does not appear on the Scheduler or anywhere else in the system.
To make a technician inactive
- From the main menu, navigate to Staff > Staff Management.
- Expand Technician Profiles, click Active, and then select the name of the technician who you want to make inactive.
The Technician Profile page opens.
- Click Edit at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Deselect the Active checkbox.
- Click Finish.
The technician is now inactive.
