Before you begin to sell memberships, you must create a membership profile for each membership. In the profile, you can define the membership program such as the membership type (prepaid or monthly), term, fee, minutes, and services applicable to it.
Before you begin
Setting up memberships requires that you have sufficient security permissions. To enable the permission, an Administrator navigate to Admin > System Settings > Security Settings > Select the User Group > Select Admin > Enable the Membership Management checkbox and click Finish.
You can create the following membership types:
- Prepaid membership: The member pays the entire membership fee and uses the benefits throughout the membership term.

- Monthly membership: The member pays for the membership on a monthly basis. The monthly payment is charged to the registered credit card on the day of enrollment and continues monthly.
