If Book4Time credit card interface is used, the Membership Billing tab under Cash Drawer Management lists the memberships that failed billing (indicates that the credit card on file is invalid). In such a scenario, you can process a payment manually or update the credit card details on the guest's profile page, to automatically bill the guest for the failed payment.
To manually process a membership renewal fee or membership monthly fee:
- From the main menu, navigate to Front Desk > Cash Drawer Management.
- Click the Membership Billing tab.
- Locate the failed payment that you are trying to process and click Check Out next to the member.
The Check Out page opens with the billing SKU pre-populated.
Note: You cannot edit the amount.
- Click Payment.
The Payment window opens.
- Enter the amount and select the method of payment.
- Click Accept.
The receipt automatically prints.
