Deactivating a membership profile makes the membership unavailable for sale in the Point of Sale (POS) screen.
To deactivate a membership
- From the main menu, navigate to Admin > Membership Management.
- Expand Membership Profiles.
A list of all active membership profiles will appear.
- Click the name of the membership you want to deactivate.
- Click Edit.
- Deselect the Active checkbox.
- Click Finish to save changes.
