A membership can be in one of the following statuses:
- Active: The guest's membership is in an active state.
- Frozen: The membership is temporarily in a suspended state.
- Renewal Error: The automatic renewal failed due to a credit card error. The credit card details need to be updated or the payment needs to be manually processed.
- For processing: The payment details are updated in the customer's profile and the payment is scheduled for processing for the next billing date.
You can view a list of memberships that are in all or any of the above statuses from Reports > Marketing > Member List by Status.
