Customers can pay for the initial membership term either in full or in monthly payments. Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the term. Therefore, a credit card is required when selling a membership to guarantee the payment.
You can anytime update the credit card details of the guest from the guest's profile page.
To change the method of payment after the sale:
- Navigate to the guest's profile. Read: How do I view a guest profile?
- Click the Membership tab.
The guest's membership program details display.
- In the Payment Details section, click Add/Edit Credit Card.
The Credit Card Authorization window opens.
- Enter the new card number and expiry date, and then click Continue.
The new credit card information is saved.
