You can adjust the membership minutes balance directly from the member's profile. You can adjust these balances on-the-fly to quickly accommodate times when a member may not have enough minutes to redeem for a service. Any changes are made immediately ensuring members can use their new minutes right away.
Note: Users must have the Edit Membership Minutes Balance security setting enabled to make changes.
To edit membership minutes
- Navigate to the guest's profile. Read: How do I view a guest profile?
- Click the Membership tab.
The guest's membership program details display.
- In the Benefits section, click Edit next to the Balance minutes.
An authorization window appears. An authorized user must enter their credentials to approve the changes.
- Override the existing minutes with the new minutes you want to provide and click Update.
The balance gets updated and the guest can immediately use the minutes.
Tip: Any updates made to the minutes balance is logged to ensure you are always able to keep a record of changes and quickly know the user who made the changes. To view these changes, click View Minutes Activity in the member's profile. The "Manual Adjustment" entry indicates the changes made to the minutes balance.
