If you are unable to print receipts, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Follow the steps for Active X Settings and Register Setup from How do I attach a PC to a Register and Print Receipts?
- Ensure the register is attached to the computer:
- Navigate to Admin > Account Management.
- Click Location
- Select the location name.
- Click the Register Setup tab.
- Click Attach to attach the correct Register ID to the correct Computer Name.
Tip: Computer Name can be seen under Computer Properties
- Click Edit on the register ID row to view settings.
- Verify the Printer Type and Receipt Printer / COM Port fields and ensure that the correct names are indicated.
- Click Save
