Guest types are used to identify customer types for each individual appointment such as Local Guest, Hotel Guest, Online Guest, or VIP. The guest type is selected on the confirmation page when scheduling an appointment.
To change the Gust Type on an appointment:
- From the Scheduler, right-click on the appointment block.
- Click Notes/Flags from the context menu.
The Edit Appointment Notes window opens.
- Select the guest type from the Guest Type drop-down.
- Click Save.
